2. Important: Not Legal Advice

The documents generated by ComplaintForge are based on publicly available UK legislation and are intended to help you communicate formally with the relevant party. They do not constitute legal advice and should not be relied upon as such. For complex legal matters, please consult a qualified solicitor, Citizens Advice, Shelter, or the Leasehold Advisory Service (LEASE).

3. The Service

ComplaintForge provides:

• Free analysis of your complaint thread identifying applicable UK legislation
• Paid generation of formal complaint letters (£4.99)
• Paid generation of full Ombudsman submission packs (£9.99)
• An optional Case Manager subscription (£9.99 a month) that includes letters and Ombudsman packs for all your cases, reminders and deadline tracking

4. Payments and Cancellation Rights

Letters and Ombudsman packs bought for a single case are one-off payments.

Case Manager is a monthly subscription of £9.99, charged in advance each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. Cancelling stops future payments, and the plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for. If you cancel within 14 days of first subscribing and have not generated any document under the plan, contact us and we will refund that first payment.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014, you have a 14-day right to cancel digital services. However, by proceeding with payment you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content, and acknowledge that your right to cancel expires once your document has been generated and made available for download.

We do not offer refunds once a document has been generated.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to: provide accurate information, use generated documents lawfully, not use the service for fraudulent purposes, and not attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

Generated complaint letters are provided for your personal use. Oshylabs Ltd retains no intellectual property rights over letters generated on your behalf.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oshylabs Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of ComplaintForge. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant transaction.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to These Terms

We will notify registered users by email of any material changes.
