4. Payments and Cancellation Rights

All payments are one-off transactions. There are no subscriptions.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014, you have a 14-day right to cancel digital services. However, by proceeding with payment you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content, and acknowledge that your right to cancel expires once your document has been generated and made available for download.

We do not offer refunds once a document has been generated.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to: provide accurate information, use generated documents lawfully, not use the service for fraudulent purposes, and not attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

Generated complaint letters are provided for your personal use. Oshylabs Ltd retains no intellectual property rights over letters generated on your behalf.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oshylabs Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of ComplaintForge. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant transaction.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
